Duties and Responsibilities

- Provide support to all KFC stores to maintain outlets to Brand Standards and ensure that stores are fully operational
- Overview of civil and equipment maintenance contractors
- Preparation and submission of drawings to Franchisor for approval (layouts/elevations/sections)
- Preparation of BOQ with QS and validation of scope of works
- Site Management (chair site meetings/issue minutes of meeting/overview progress of works
- Interaction with all contractors during renovation/construction

Profile

- Diploma in Civil or Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- 3 - 4 years of experience in similar position
- Fully conversant with AutoCAD
- Interpret architectural, electric, plumbing and mechanic drawings
- Highly organised and proper time management skills.
- Excellent communication written and verbal French and English.
- Has a major focus on deadlines and schedules
