Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Prepare Purchase Orders (PO), and Follow-Up
  • Sales Reconciliation and Reporting
  • Prepare Repairs & Maintenance Cost Reports.
  • Follow-up Maintenance Plan with Service Providers.
  • Administer equipment survey and office stationery
  • Secretarial Works for Finance Department

Profile:

  • HSC with Accounting (main)

  • ACCA will be a definite advantage

  • Good Microsoft Office Level (Excel and Power-point)

  • Team Player

  • Assertive and high level of integrity

  • Mature and self-motivated

  • Excellent communication skills
