- Prepare Purchase Orders (PO), and Follow-Up
- Sales Reconciliation and Reporting
- Prepare Repairs & Maintenance Cost Reports.
- Follow-up Maintenance Plan with Service Providers.
- Administer equipment survey and office stationery
- Secretarial Works for Finance Department
HSC with Accounting (main)
ACCA will be a definite advantage
Good Microsoft Office Level (Excel and Power-point)
Assertive and high level of integrity
Mature and self-motivated
Excellent communication skills
