Obtained a “Maîtrise en économie” from the University of Paris I Panthéon Sorbonne in 2001. He also completed an MSc in Accounting and Finance at the London School of Economics in 2003 and obtained a Masters in Business Administration from Columbia Business School in 2007. He was Consultant for COFINTER in Paris from 2002 to 2003 and joined the Eclosia Group in 2003. In January 2013, Cédric de Spéville was appointed Group Chief Executive Officer. He is a director of various companies of the Eclosia Group, a former President of the Mauritius Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the current President of Business Mauritius as well as a Member of the Economic Development Board of Mauritius.

Mr Jacques Enouf has worked for the Eclosia Group since June 1973 except for a period of 3 years between 1986 -1988 spent at DCDM as HR Manager and Consultant. He was nominated HR Director in January 1989. Mr Enouf holds a Bachelor in Social Science with a specialisation in Sociology. He was appointed on the Board of Pick 'N' Eat Ltd on 24 February 1989.

Mr Robert Decotter joined the Eclosia Group on 1 May 1976 and was the Managing Director of Pick ‘N’ Eat Ltd since 1983 before joining Chantefrais as General Manager in 2008. He was appointed on the Board of Pick 'N' Eat Ltd on 16 December 1983. He retired from the Group in December 2011.

Mr Jean Ribet is a member of the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Cape Town, South Africa. He joined the Constance Group as Group Financial Controller in 1991 and was appointed Group Chief Executive Officer in 2004 with overall responsibility for the agro-industrial, tourism and investment activities of the Constance Group. He was appointed to the Board of Pick ‘N’ Eat Ltd on 15 November 2006.

Mr Clément Rey holds a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Business Law from the United Kingdom. Before joining the Constance Group as Executive Director and Head of Corporate Affairs, he held a similar position within the Ciel Group, one of the largest industrial groups in Mauritius. In his present capacity, he has overall responsibility for corporate transactions and regulatory matters relating to the member companies of the Constance Group. Mr Rey is a director of a number of companies in the commercial and financial sectors and is a member of various board committees.

Mr. Marc Ah Ching is a member of the Chartered Institute of Management and Accountants (CIMA) and a member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers UK (ACIB). He has a strong grasp on corporate finance, deal structuring and financing, with thorough knowledge in risk assessment and management, international banking and trade finance. Marc has been with the Rogers Group since 2005. He has been appointed Director of Pick ‘N’ Eat on 30 March 2015.

Nicolas Caboche holds a Bachelor in Economics from University of Reunion Island and a Master’s in Business Administration from University of Poitiers France.

He joined Happy World Foods Ltd in 1999 in various management positions and from 2005 to 2013, he was appointed General Manager of Pizza Hut.  He joined Emtel Ltd as Head of Mobile Payment Services from 2013 to 2015 and in 2016 he joined Phoenix Beverages Ltd as Senior Manager – Innovation & Product Development.

Nicolas Caboche was appointed General Manager of Pick N Eat Ltd in June 2021.

Roshan Meetoo is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountant and holds an MBA Financial Management. He joined the Eclosia Group in 2004, as Financial Analyst at Livestock Feed Limited before moving to Pick 'N' Eat Ltd, in 2011, as Finance Manager.

Roshan has over 19 years' experience in Auditing, Accounting and Financial Management.

Caroline Bulabois has a DEUG in Biology (Bae +2; Paris V) and a diploma in "Ingénieur Procédés Industriels" (Bae +5; Ecole de.Biologie Industrielle, Cergy, France).

She joined the Eclosia Group in 2005 as Quality officer in the TQM Unit of MADCO and joined Pick 'N' Eat Ltd in November 2010 as Quality Manager.

Raymond Houbert holds a Diploma in Management and is a Member of the Mauritius Institute of Directors.

He joined the Eclosia Group in December 1989 as Clearing and Forwarding Officer before moving to Pick 'N' Eat Ltd in July 1990 as Assistant Store Manager, in 1993 as Training Officer, in 1998 as Human Resources and Training Manager, in 1999 as Operations & HR Manager and in 2004 as Operations Manager.

Annabelle Fanchette-Thomas holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Management and a Masters in Marketing (University of Montpellier 1).

In 2008, she joined Panagora Marketing Co. Ltd and in 2010, she was appointed Brand Manager (Yoplait, Candia & Miko). She moved to Pick 'N' Eat Ltd in January 2016 as Marketing Manager.

Divesh Mandary holds a diploma of Business and a Bachelor in Business, HR & Industrial Relations from Edith Cowan University.

In 2012, he joined Livestock Feed Ltd as HR Officer and was appointed Human Resource Manager in 2015. He later joined Avipro Procession Plant in 2021 as HR & Talent Manager. He moved to Pick ‘N’ Eat Ltd in February 2023 as Head of HR.

Abdullah Motala is a Microsoft Certified System Administrator (MCSA) and holds a "Brevet Technicien Superieur en informatique de gestion (BTS)".

He joined Pick 'N' Eat Ltd as IT Manager in May 2005.
